If Mayor Rob Ford truly believes that the private sector is most cost-effective and efficient way to handle garbage collection, why stop there and extend this to other municipal services? Parks and recreation, police service, library, water and sewage, community housing, etc. can all be privatized.
Exactly Francesco! Then we won't need to deal with these parasitic politicians or pay any taxes! We can voluntarily pay for the services we want to use! Imagine that!
