If Aashiq Basheer Ahmad is “uninvited” since he was brought in by the state, and he takes it upon himself to “invade” some unowned land and use it peacefully, how would a pro-border control libertarian respond?
He can’t be trespassing since he is legitimately homesteading, and although the state claims to own this land, it doesn’t.
Homesteading unowned land does not violate anyone’s rights.
Neither does voluntary trade and commerce. Buying and selling does not violate anyone’s rights.
What if migrant presence increases sexual harassment, crime and other breaches of the civilized order?
