There is no libertarian argument for state restrictions on immigration, despite the correct argument that state immigration can be used as a political weapon, where it amounts to “forced integration.”
Taken to its logical conclusion, a libertarian argument for border control becomes absurd. For example, transport trucks full of goods from abroad travel on publicly funded roads. Perhaps these trucks are carrying pink flamingo lawn ordainments from China.
